I came across a big mesh bag of spring clamps in the center of the front aisles (all black clamps with orange tips, different sizes). I attached a picture of the tag - unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the bag itself and can't find it online. So unless someone savvy can find them, it seems it might be B&M only.

Looked good to me so I wanted to share. Comes out to less than the price of a GTX960 / R9280 for a card that performs better than both in most games in 1080p and especially at higher resolutions.

Be wary of the reviews, however the 1 egg DOA reviewers are killing it since not enough people have reviewed it yet. I think Sapphire is worth the risk, they are usually a reputable brand in my experience.

My 2 cents:
I personally went with the Double Dissipation instead of the Black Edition since I've heard there's more luck with unlocking it to a 290X than with the Black. The only difference is the small factory overclock (both reach about 1100 MHz when manually overclocked, no real + or - gain for either with a manual OC).

Here's a word to the wise:
The R9 290 and 290X and their respective custom cooling solutions have rather similar overclocking results. This means that no matter which brand of cooler you choose, you'll find your frequency capped around 1100 MHz due to limitations in power draw (these cards don't tend to cope well after a certain point, regardless of temps). The only way to get NOTABLY better results is by winning the silicon lottery or getting one of the REALLY expensive cards. This means the only difference between cards (ignoring which companies have a reputation of DOA or failures, as you can just call in the warranty or return due to defect) is what temperature is achieved with what noise level. Anything beats the reference design, and you can count on getting a card that runs below 70c under load that has hardly audible fan levels. The XFX is slightly louder than the Sapphire Tri-X while achieving the same load temperature, but the bigger fans mean the noise is less "sharp." This type of noise is easily deadened by your case. The only exception to this when it comes to out-of-the-box cooling is the Powercolor PCS+ R9 290, it cools like a beast but at higher fan speeds (this simply means turn down the fans to get the same noise levels and temps as the competition). I've done hours of research on this, so I hope it helps narrow down the research time for you guys. The moral of the story? If you plan on overclocking to a quick and dirty 1100 MHz (sometimes don't even need to touch voltage), get the cheapest card from a reputable brand (either of these R9 290s). If you don't plan on overclocking, get a card with a reasonable factory OC (this card has the lowest factory OC of all the cards, and the Black Edition is only slightly better).

While the 290X is a good price here, you all probably know about the reference cooler flaws. I don't suggest you purchase the 290X unless you plan on replacing the cooler. Even still, the performance difference between manually overclocked 290s and 290Xs is about +2~5 fps gain on the 290X's part due to the higher stream processor count. This means that the extra cost incurred for the cooling solution would net you the 2~5 fps gain for ~$60. Doesn't sound too slick to me, but hey it's still less than buying a R9 290X new. :)

There was a Double Dissipation 290X for $227, but that went too fast. :)
